What is bloodknot?
Bloodknot is an all-in-one business tool for fishing guides, built to handle bookings, payments, client tracking, and repeat-trip follow-ups.
Is Bloodknot free for guides?
Yes. Bloodknot is completely free for guides. A small 3% fee is added to client checkouts to cover processing and platform costs.
How Long Does setup take?
Most guides are live in under 10 minutes, just add your trips, pricing, and payment info to start accepting bookings online.

How clients book and how you get paid.
How do clients book trips through Bloodknot?
You’ll get a custom booking link you can share anywhere — website, social media, or text. Clients select their trip, pay a deposit, and you’re notified instantly.
How do payments and deposits work?
All payments are handled through Stripe for security. Deposits, balances, and refunds are tracked automatically in your Bloodknot Wallet.
When do guides receive payouts?
Payouts are issued 1–2 business days after each trip. You can view earnings anytime in your Wallet dashboard.

Does Bloodknot store my client list?
Yes, but you retain full ownership. Every client and note you enter belongs to you — not a marketplace or bloodknot
Can I add notes and tags to clients?
Absolutely. Keep notes about preferences, trip history, or tackle setups, and organize them with tags like “tarpon,” “summer,” or “repeat.”
Can I send follow-ups or reminders?
Yes. Bloodknot helps you follow up automatically — whether it’s a thank-you after a trip and reminder to leave a review, automated emails confirming their trip, or just a quick message reminding them to book for next season
